Today I started my trip with my flight to Toronto in Canada. It’s the first time I will visit Canada. I’m very exited. I took the plane from Berlin/Schönefeld. We flew over Iceland with stopover in Reykjavík. It took me about three hours and they left 30min later as they were supposed to in Berlin. Out of my window I saw greenland and iceland… From Reykjavík airport it took me almost 6hours with plane to Toronto. Iceland air was not as comfortable as Emirates back in the days but I had that unbeatable prize for my ticket so I will not complain. But imagine for every movie you wanted to watch at the plane Iceland air wants US$10!!! At the airport I had to go at least to three or four places / customs to explain to them what I wanted in Cananda. But finally I got my 6 month visa (The customs can decide how much they will give you when you arrive in Canada, so I was lucky 🙂 ) Mark was picking me up at the airport right in time and showed me everything from the way from the airport to his appartement at the city centre. We had some diner but finally I was sooooo tired that I felt asleep…
